Rusty Dog Irish Pub Original Oil Painting Heidi Malott Art

The Rusty Dog

Huntington, Indiana

oil on canvas panel

6x6 inch

The sun was setting and everything about this corner just had to be painted.   I think my favorite thing (besides the awesome brick building) is that sliver of light 😍, full of mood.

I just wish I had time to stop in for a pint.  Maybe next time!

I adore owls.  We are fortunate to live in the woods and hear them often. We are in a busy area so I am grateful they still call this little woods their home.    This seemed fitting with Halloween tomorrow.

October Fields.  Most fields are harvested but the leaves are just now starting to turn due to the weather we've had.  Have a great weekend!
