I'm on a quest to figure out greens today - what is your favorite combination to mix? - I like the furthest strip of grass under the tree line in the background and then the strip of blueish next to it that transitions into purple then yellow and the orange roof which is backed by the blue - nice.

  2. hmmm...I work from a small palette so that I mix every color I need. For the warm greens I used Fr. Ultramarine, cadmium yellow medium, titainium white, and cad. orange or cad red med. For the silvery greens I subbed in a lemon yellow for the cad. yellow. I also mix in some "gray" made from left over paint from previous paintings all swirled together, which make beautiful grays.
