Arizona Painted Desert Clouds Rain Daily Oil Painting

sold
"Rain on the Horizon" The Painted Desert had such a quiet stillness to it, however, the everchanging sky cast light and shadow on the landscape making it so alive. We were in awe of the slow moving rainstorm in the distance. This original oil painting is 6"x6" on primed masonite.

  1. Sounds like you had a good time out west. I have only been to the Mississippi River in Elvis town. Some day I will cross it. Good paintings!

  3. I have a hat like that. That's an old Leyendecker cigarette ad. Those old ads are humorous, touting the health benefits of smoking etc.
