What a great day in early Fall.  The air is crisp and cool.  The sun is sparkling as it filters through the trees.   I have to say I am a little ahem a lot excited about this navy blue color!  Of course it is mixed and not from a tube thank you very much ;) The blue looks especially fabulous next to the faded green grasses.

Where did summer go?  So hard to believe Labor 

Day weekend is behind us.  Looking forward to pleasant days in fall.  I focused on the brushwork in this little painting and of course simplifying, always working on that!
