"Signs of Spring" 6"x6" oil/artboard.
I was so happy to see spring bulbs popping up throughout the neighborhood while out walking the other day. Every winter seems long by the time March rolls along. We have had a few "teaser" days that you must soak up when you can.
I am amazed to see the painting of flowers. It looks awesome. all I can say is that you are a blessed artist. Iflorist.co.uk
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that you are back with new additions. I really do enjoy seeing what new pieces you are adding. I like your use of brush strokes and color. It really inspires me.
ReplyDeleteI was wondering if you had any advice for new painters who are trying to get exposure and make it in this ever so challenging field?
How did you develop an audience of buyers? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I keep coming back, hoping you will, too!
ReplyDeleteThank you Flowers!
ReplyDeleteThank you Matthew. It took a few years of being out there on the web. Dailypainters.com and Google search engines also helped my exposure. There are so many artists on the web, it can be daunting. The most important thing is to paint for you, paint what you like. Don't "paint to sell". There is always someone out there that will be interested in your "style" of painting.
ReplyDeleteThank you Boo's Mom!! Sorry for the tumbleweeds. I hope to be painting much more when school starts for the kiddos.
