Fire Truck Firefighters Watching the Parade daily painting

"Thank You"

sold
6"x6" oil on primed masonite. I painted this after Memorial Day and am just now getting it posted. Our little community, Waynedale, which is a part of Fort Wayne, has a Memorial Day parade every year. There is always a good turnout. It makes me proud to see everyone come together and wave their flags, as the parade goes by, in remembrance of the brave people who serve, protect and even die for our country.

  1. The pattern and color of this painting are fun and appeal to my eye. I like the impressionistic style which renders the subject.
