6"x6" oil on masonite. Another "outside looking in" piece. Mmmm...Standing outside of this tiny little Chinese take out, on a cold night is torture. The smell of ginger and sesame wafted out into the dark night. The only thing that got me through this was the thought of getting Hot and Sour Soup and Garlic Chicken!
Very nice paintings on your blog. I like the bold and secure brushstrokes, especially in this one and in the birthday cake. You have wonderfully captured the mood.
