Black Angus Cows Hillside Autumn Landscape Daily Painting

"Autumn Angus"
6x6" oil on gesso primed masonite

A delicate brushstroke day.  I took care not to overdo the fall colors,  Subtlety rather than blaring color matches this serene view.

Colorado Cows Daily Oil Painting Black Angus

"Colorado Cows"
6x6" oil on primed masonite

The cows and lush green countryside were actually a welcome sight for us Midwesterners after traveling through the desert and canyons of Arizona for two weeks.  They just looked so content on the mountainside

Black Angus Calves Cattle Cow Daily Oil Painting Rural Landscape

sold
"Mornin' Fellas"

6" square oil on primed masonite art board

I love the angular lines created by the calves silhouettes.  The sweet little fellas are so curious, as they group together on the ridge, in the morning sun.
